Job Description

CITEC Business Solutions is looking for a business advisor to join our team.  We provide consulting and training services in a variety of areas to help North Country businesses grow.  This position will serve as an advisor to our manufacturing clients by providing custom consulting and training services in a variety of areas.

We cover the seven-county North Country region of New York State, primarily working with small and medium-sized manufacturers, but also with other types of businesses and organizations.  CITEC is affiliated with NYSTAR and the MEP National Network, part of a unique public-private partnership that delivers comprehensive proven solutions to U.S. manufacturers, fueling growth and advancing U.S. manufacturing.

Compensation

Salary: $80,000 to $95,000

Job Requirements

We are looking for a specialist with expertise in some combination of the following areas: Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management, Leadership Development and Training, OSHA Safety programs, ISO, Innovation and New Product Development.
