Job Description

Jeffords Steel and Engineering Company is a steel fabricator seeking an Estimator for their Potsdam Office.

Looking for an individual willing to learn and grow in the steel business!

Job Requirements

• No experience necessary (there is a training period)
• Ability to understand, or have an understanding of General Construction is a plus
• Reading and understand blueprints and construction documents in order to perform material take-offs
• Clerical and mathematical concentration is a plus
• Ability to communicate well with others via phone and email
• Ability to work well under pressure, and handle tasks as they arise
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word
