The St. Lawrence Child Care Council, Inc. is seeking a visionary, community-minded leader to guide our nonprofit organization serving children, families, and child care professionals throughout St. Lawrence County.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide strategic leadership in partnership with the Board of Directors
• Oversee agency operations, finances, and grant compliance
• Manage staff and foster a positive workplace culture
• Build community partnerships and advocate for quality child care
• Ensure effective delivery of programs and services

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $68,000–$72,000, based on experience. Comprehensive benefits package including health and vision insurance, retirement plan, paid time
off, holidays, and professional development opportunities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, Human Services, Business, Nonprofit Management,
or related field
• 3+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit, human services, or early childhood settings
• Experience with budgeting, grant management, and staff supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills
