Program Manager Technical Training

Job Description

This position is responsible to plan and deliver training programs to ensure compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures. Conduct field inspections to evaluate employee and contractor knowledge, skills and performance to ensure compliance with company and/or regulatory policies, procedures. Interpret state and federal codes as required and effectively develop and implement technical & operational training programs. Manage training records through current systems to coordinate, track and report on employee training.

Job Requirements

  • Expertise – advanced/well-developed skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organizational practices and precedents
  • College or professional program of 3 years or less
  • 5-10 years of experience Gas Utility, or related industry or technical training experience preferred.
