DeFelsko Corporation is a leading manufacturer of a wide range of instruments used worldwide in the corrosion and protective coatings industries.  Based in Ogdesnburg, NY, DeFelsko Corporation is seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our team as Sales Order Clerk.

The Sales Order Clerk provides administrative support to the Sales department and also shares company reception duties to ensure coverage during DeFelsko hours.   Hours of operation:  Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation

The starting rate for Sales Order Clerk is $18.00/hour in addition to competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage options, as well as a unique retirement benefit.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position:

• Understands basic software and computer programs
• Has accurate and speedy typing and data entry skills
• Has a keen attention to detail
• Has a courteous, professional demeanor
• Has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous data entry, clerical experience, or experience working in an offices/sales setting
