Store Manager in Training

Job Description

Must be willing to work alongside management training staff to develop skills to operate store independently.

Full-time position requires early morning and evening shifts plus weekend availability.

Duties include, but not limited to, staff management, shift running, staff scheduling, inventory oversight, multiple store inventory ordering, multiple store facility maintenance at a high standard.

Compensation

Training wages $17-$19/hour based on previous retail experience.  Leads to salary position at $55,341/annual post training completion and store placement. 

Job Requirements

Convenience store operations beneficial.
