Request for Proposals – 100 Paterson Phase III Projects

INVITATION TO BID

The St Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency is seeking sealed bids for the 100 Paterson – Phase III projects for building and tenant improvements.  Bids will be received until 1:00 pm, local time, Wednesday March 1, 2023 by Richard Williams, Project Manager, St Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency, 19 Commerce Lane, Suite 1 Conference Room, Canton, New York 13617, at which place and time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted.

Line-item bids are required in accordance with Request for Proposals, Notes and Sketches. Sealed bids shall be marked with the bidder’s name and ‘23-100_Pat-Phase-III-01 – Do not open bid enclosed.’

A Pre-Bid walk through is scheduled for Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the site, 100 Paterson Street, Ogdensburg, NY.  Bidders will meet the owner in the office at the Paterson St. entrance.  Bidding and Contract Documents will be available beginning February 14, 2023 from the Owner.  Electronic copies of the Bidding and Contract Documents for the proposed work are available at no cost from the Owner by contacting Richard Williams, at 315.379.9806 or Email RWilliams@slcida.com.
