Request For Proposals for Blacktop Care

The St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency, (“SLCIDA”) is seeking proposals for Crack Filling, Asphalt Sealcoat and Line Striping at its facility located at 19 Commerce Lane within the Canton Industrial Park, Canton, New York 13617.

Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 2, 2022.

All proposals MUST include the following: A) Completed “Proposal Form” (attached); and B) Completed “Statement of Non-Collusion in Bids or Proposals” Form (attached).
