RFP for Design Build Services for Gouverneur Industrial Park Building Project

The St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency – Local Development Corporation (“SLCIDA-LDC”) is seeking proposals for Design-Build Services for the Gouverneur Industrial Park Building Project (“The Project”).  The Project location is in the Gouverneur Industrial Park, 166 Factory Street, Gouverneur, New York.  The Project consists of new construction of a 16,000 square foot facility with a fully build-out open area, a small office, and restroom.  Bids will be received until 1:00 pm, local time, Friday, December 12, 2025 by Kimberly Gilbert, St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency – Local Development Corporation, 19 Commerce Lane, Suite 1, Canton, New York, 13617, at which place and time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.  Proposals received after that time will not be accepted.

Line-item bids are required in accordance with Request for Proposals.  Electronic copies of the Bidding and Contract Documents for the proposed work are available at no cost from the Owner by contacting Kimberly Gilbert, at 315-379-9806 or email: info@slcida.com.  Proposals must be submitted using the link in your RFP registration confirmation email.  Please use the link in that email to upload a PDF copy of your complete proposal.  Name your PDF as follows:  Firm Name, Project No. LDC-26-GIP-01; MMDDYYYY.

A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 10:00 am, local time, at the site, 166 Factory Street, Gouverneur, NY.  Bidding and Contract Documents will be available beginning November 21, 2025 from the Owner.
