Diversity in staff and services has added stability to ATL’s business and has been a key factor in the company’s growth.
I think the biggest success for the company overall is growing the company to 260 employees now…and we haven’t stopped growing

From Spencer F. Thew’s modest inception in 1967, and then through the leadership of C.E.O. Marijean Remington, the firm has grown both geographically, and in technical expertise. As a Women Business Enterprise (“WBE”), Marijean’s focus on ATL’s long-term strategic planning and operational strategies has proven successful in meeting the challenges of a continually changing marketplace.

What is next for ATL in St. Lawrence County?
ATL will prepare for the future through a strategic plan based on controlled growth and an emphasis on investing time, effort, and funding to ensure a knowledgeable staff, modern equipment, and a successful business plan.
We have many employees that have moved up through the ranks and are Executives, Managers, and Senior Technical people who are now contributing to the growth.
