Fulfilling the Dream
After transitioning out of the military in 1987, Kim Russell decided to relocate to St. Lawrence County where she would raise her family. She worked for 31 years for a local manufacturer before retiring and pursuing her aspirations of starting a business with her husband, Ed. With the news that they were awarded a small business loan, the Russells knew they were one step closer to fulfilling their dream.
We knew if we got it off the ground and running, it was going to be a success.
