Adult Education Teacher/Case Manager- Industrial Lab Manager

 St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES Adult Education & Workforce Development

Seeking full-time Adult Education Teacher/Case Manager for 10-month (school schedule) position to support adult learners in a self-paced Industrial Learning Lab.  The position combines technical guidance, student support, and the day-to-day operation of the Industrial Learning Lab.

Compensation

$48,000 - $65,000 a year

Job Requirements

This role requires a generalist background in Industrial Maintenance and related trade skills. Training on Amatrol learning systems will be provided.

Experience in a teaching, training, coaching, mentoring, or workforce development environment is preferred. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. A combination of relevant education, technical training, and industry experience will be considered.

Qualifications:

• Adult Education Certification required upon hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, an Industrial Trade or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with adult learners is desirable.
• Technical training and industry experience preferred.

License/Certification:

• Teaching Certification (Preferred, Not Required)
