Compensation

Starting wage: $31.11 per hour. Potters Industries offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, dental, and vision insurance, Vacation benefits, Disability coverage, Retirement benefits, 401(k) with company match.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Technical education/training in a Maintenance field
• 3+ years of Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance employment history required
• Experience of 3-phase electrical systems is required
• PLC experience is highly desired
• A willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
• This will primarily be a M-F dayshift position. But as a 24/7 operation, situations may require other hours to maintain the plant equipment and/or as determined by projects and job/tasks.
• This position will take On-Call rotation as needed
• The ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen
