As an ISO 9001-certified manufacturer with more than 50 years of successful operation in the North Country, Potters Industries has a worldwide presence with 30 facilities in 14 countries.  At the Potsdam Plant, we are anticipating future hiring needs and are now accepting resumes from individuals interested in joining our team.

Compensation

Stating wage range: $27.45-$31.11 per hour, depending on the position. Potters Industries offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, vacation benefits, disability coverage, retirement benefits, 401(k) with company match.

Job Requirements

Qualified Candidates will possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (additional education or technical training preferred)
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• A willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
• The ability to work any shift in a 24/7 operation, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• The ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen.
