Job Description
Potters Industries LLC is a leading producer of engineered glass materials serving the highway safety, polymer additive, metal finishing, and conductive particle markets. We are an ISO 9001 facility, with over 50 years of successful operation in the North Country. We have an upcoming need for a Plant Administrator at our site in Potsdam, NY.
In this role, the Plant Administrator will provide Customer Service and Administration duties to include: receiving customer orders, scheduling freight/shipments, accounting responsibilities such as PO/AP/GR functions, employee payroll entry, maintaining files/records, and other duties required to meet the daily need of the business.
This is a M-F Full-Time Position.

Compensation
The salary will be $59,400/yr.Job Requirements
Required qualities of candidates for this position must include:
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation/communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, organized, set tasks which are priority specific, work in a timely manner.
• A proven competence in Customer Service and the ability to handle customers professionally and confidently.
• Ability to interface with the public, venders and plant employees..
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Systems (word processing and spreadsheets).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
