The St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency, (“SLCIDA”) is seeking proposals for Crack Filling, Asphalt Sealcoat and Line Striping at its facility located at 19 Commerce Lane within the Canton Industrial Park, Canton, New York 13617.

This Request for Proposal will cover a single occurrence to be during August or September 2020.  This pertains to all Blacktop on our property which is approximately 48,000SF.

Contractors are required to arrange a site visit to familiarize themselves with the site. Separate, sealed bids will be accepted by the Facilities Manager, until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 18, 2020.  No bids will be accepted after this deadline.  Each bid envelope must be clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner or email Subject Line “RFP: 20-CIP-SealCoat-01″. The St. Lawrence County IDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities if, in its opinion, such action is in the best interest of the Agency. Proposals will be received until 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 14, 2020.
