Proposals will cover the 2023 Season (May 2023 through September 2023).  The initial cutting shall be set by or before June 1, 2023 and shall continue every one to two weeks, as necessary.

Contracts will run from May 1, 2023 through September 30, 2023.  With an option for two renewals extending through September 2025.

Bidders may submit a proposal for one or each of the properties located at Commerce Lane (Canton), Factory Street (Gouverneur), or Trade Road (Massena).

The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of General Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 with the St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency listed as additional insured.  The successful bidder will also be required to provide Workers Compensation benefits as required by New York State Contractors.

The St Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency is seeking sealed bids for the 100 Paterson – Phase III projects for building and tenant improvements.  Bids will be received until 1:00 pm, local time, Wednesday March 1, 2023 by Richard Williams, Project Manager, St Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency, 19 Commerce Lane, Suite 1 Conference Room, Canton, New York 13617, at which place and time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency, (“SLCIDA”) is seeking proposals for snow removal and lawn care at its facility located at 100 Paterson Street, Ogdensburg, New York 13669.

Scope of Work:

This Request for Proposal will cover the 2023 Year (January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023).  This work requires reaction to all snowfalls, large and small.  Lawn care repair and reseed as needed from winter damage.  Cutting bi-weekly along Paterson St. and 2-4 weeks for the remainder of the property during the mowing season.

WRITTEN REQUESTS ARE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO OBTAIN PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS.
