The St Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency is seeking sealed bids for the 100 Paterson – Phase III projects for building and tenant improvements.  Bids will be received until 1:00 pm, local time, Wednesday March 1, 2023 by Richard Williams, Project Manager, St Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency, 19 Commerce Lane, Suite 1 Conference Room, Canton, New York 13617, at which place and time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted.

Line-item bids are required in accordance with Request for Proposals, Notes and Sketches. Sealed bids shall be marked with the bidder’s name and ‘23-100_Pat-Phase-III-01 – Do not open bid enclosed.’

The St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency, (“SLCIDA”) is seeking proposals for snow removal and lawn care at its facility located at 100 Paterson Street, Ogdensburg, New York 13669.

Scope of Work:

This Request for Proposal will cover the 2023 Year (January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023).  This work requires reaction to all snowfalls, large and small.  Lawn care repair and reseed as needed from winter damage.  Cutting bi-weekly along Paterson St. and 2-4 weeks for the remainder of the property during the mowing season.

WRITTEN REQUESTS ARE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO OBTAIN PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS.
