The St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency, (“SLCIDA”) is seeking proposals for snow removal and lawn care at its facility located at 100 Paterson Street, Ogdensburg, New York 13669.

Scope of Work:

This Request for Proposal will cover the 2023 Year (January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023).  This work requires reaction to all snowfalls, large and small.  Lawn care repair and reseed as needed from winter damage.  Cutting bi-weekly along Paterson St. and 2-4 weeks for the remainder of the property during the mowing season.

WRITTEN REQUESTS ARE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO OBTAIN PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS.

The St. Lawrence County IDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive informalities if, in its opinion, such action is in the best interest of the Agency.
